I love Blue

Blue is the favorite colour of all people. It’s nature’s colour for water and sky, but is rarely found in fruits and vegetables. Today, blue is embraced as the colour of heaven and authority, denim jeans and corporate logos. It is cold, wet, and slow as compared to red’s warmth, fire, and intensity.

Blue has more complex and contradictory meanings than any other colour.  These can be easily explained by pinpointing by the specific shade of blue.

Dark blue: trust, dignity, intelligence, authority

Bright blue: cleanliness, strength, dependability, coolness

Light (sky) blue: peace, serenity, ethereal, spiritual, infinity

 Early tradition used white roses as a symbol for true love, an association which would later become the hallmark of the red rose. Also known as the bridal rose, the white rose is a traditional wedding flower.

People who like turquoise are....

Both the colour turquoise and the gemstone turquoise represent youth. Both are also known to have a soothing effect. Turquoise contains blue which gives it the quality of communication and green which gives it  growth quality. A turquoise has long been used in amulets to provide protection, health, confidence and strength. This is a colour that recharges our spirits during times of mental stress or tiredness. By looking at this colour you will feel instantly calm.

I love white!

The colour white represents the colour of new beginnings. It is the colour of perfection,purity, innocence and completion. Because it is the colour of new beginnings it wipes the slate clean so that you can start afresh. White isn't stimulating to the senses but it does open the way for the creation of anything the mind can conceive.

I love green!

Green symbolizes self-respect and well being. It is the colour of balance, harmony and growth. Green is the 
great balancer of the heart and the emotions, creating
equilibrium between the head and the heart. It is a 
safe colour, if you don't know what colour to use anywhere use gree. It often symbolizes money. It was believed green was healing for the eyes.

I love purple!

Being the combination of red and blue, the warmest
and coolest colours, purple is believed to be the ideal
colour. Purple has been used to symbolise magic and mystery as well as royalty. It is the colour of good
judgement and if you surround yourself with purple you will have peace of mind. Purple is therefore a good colour to use in meditation. If purple is your favourite colour it means that you are sensitive and compassionate, understanding and supportive. You think of others before yourself and you are the person others come to for help but don't let people take advantage of you. You are a free and gentle spirit but your feelings run deep and you can be quite sensitive to hurtful comments from others, although you would never show it.

I love pink!

Did you know that pink is the colour of universal love?
Pink is a quiet colour and lovers of beauty favour this colour. Pink represents compassion, nurturing and love. It also relates to unconditional love and understanding. A combination of red and white, pink contains the need for action.

I love yellow!

There are different shades of yellow and each one of these determines the meaning. Pure, bright and sunny yellow is the easiest colour to see. People who are blind to other colours can usually see bright yellow. Yellow is full of creative and intellectual energy and symbolises wisdom. It represents happiness, gladness and joy. With a personality colour yellow you have a happy disposition and are cheerful and fun to be with. You are creative and are often the one who comes up with new ideas. Yellow is the best colour to create enthusiasm for life and can awaken greater confidence and optimism.

 If a woman wears a red dress it usually is associated with sex appeal. Wear a red accent piece when you want to present yourself as bold and dynamic.

People who like orange are usually thoughtful and sincere. Orange is a power colour and is one of the healing colours. It is also said that it stimulates enthusiasm and creativity.

Pink is my favourite colour

The colour pink represents compassion, nurturing and love. Pink is feminine and romantic, affectionate and intimate, thoughtful and caring.
